I am pissy....
Spent the weekend with my children and the rest of my family.....
.........what do you do.....EAT........EAT.........EAT....................
I am back on track today, but I still feel dirty from all the food.........
Did my swimming this morning and will do cardio and weights tonight......
perhaps that will ease all the anxious feelings...

anxious, anxious. i know it well. why does food and eating make us so anxious? eating was supposed to be one of the most natural things we do. but that didn't work out too well did it?

hope today was a better day.

i know what ya mean, i keep somewhat watching what i eat, but what is life if you dont spend a few days here and there enjoying the foods we crave? i pigged out yesterday at the ski lodge and today i was like..eeeeww....lol but your active so just think of it as carbs you need to keep an active lifestyle
